Elise Victor, PhD, MHA, MS brings over 25 years of healthcare, consulting, and financial experience together with a commitment to human-centered AI, driving operational excellence, ethical technology adoption, and impactful patient care. As the owner of Boost Home Healthcare – Frisco, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused services for vulnerable populations, leveraging her deep expertise in health informatics and responsible AI to elevate clinical outcomes and maintain regulatory integrity. Dr. VIctor is an AiMed Board Certified AI in Medicine practitioner since 2021. 

Over the course of her career, spanning leadership roles at PwC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross, and Evolent Health, Dr. Victor has guided organizations through complex transformations, including value-based care initiatives, Medicare risk adjustment, and population health management. A former lecturer in Health Informatics at UNT, she combines hands-on industry knowledge with academic rigor, designing AI training programs and speaking on how to integrate emerging technologies responsibly and ethically.

Committed to empowering both patients and providers, she envisions AI as a catalyst that amplifies, rather than replaces, human expertise.
