Austin Browning is the CEO of Faros Health, a company dedicated to empowering and informing patients at every step of their healthcare journey. Faros Health partners with self-funded employers and healthcare organizations, leveraging advanced analytics to simplify complex health plan decisions and improve access to high-quality, cost-effective care. Prior to launching Faros Health, Austin worked on innovative primary care and pharmacy value-based care models at Catalyst Health Group.

Austin holds a BBA from Abilene Christian University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University. He is passionate about building strong relationships and driving bold innovation in healthcare, and can usually be found drinking good coffee, spending time with his wife and daughter, or serving with his church.
