Jacqueline Gabbidon of Commerce Trust to be featured at DallasMeetup

DallasMeetup is thrilled to announce that Jacqueline Gabbidon, JD, LL.M, CPWA®, AEP®, Senior Vice President, Texas Market Executive at Commerce Trust is our latest Featured Networker to debut for February’s DallasMeetup at Community Beer Co.! 

Jacqueline (Jacquie) Gabbidon is Senior Vice President and Texas Market Executive for Commerce Trust, a division of Commerce Bank.  

As the Texas Market Executive, Jacquie leads Commerce Trust’s wealth management efforts in the Texas markets, primarily Dallas and Houston.  In this role, she is responsible for growth of the Commerce Trust footprint and oversight of the Texas team of professionals in all facets of the Investment, Private Banking, Financial Planning and Fiduciary practices.

Jacquie joined Commerce Trust in 2023 after 15 years with Northern Trust where she was the Senior Fiduciary Officer for the Dallas region.  Prior to Northern Trust, Jacquie was an Estate Planning attorney in private law practice. 

Jacquie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT.   She received her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws, Taxation degrees from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas.  She is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designee from the Investments & Wealth Institute and an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) designee from the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. 

Professionally, Jacquie is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Estate Planning Council, The Estate Planning Council of North Texas and Provisors, a national networking organization. 

Jacquie’s civic engagement includes the Metroplex Tennis League of which she is the current President, serving as Vice President-Leagues for the Dallas Tennis Association whose mission is improving the mental and physical health of the Greater Dallas community through the sport of tennis.  In addition, Jacquie is Vice Chair of the Leagues Committee of the United States Tennis Association-Texas section.
