Kelly attended the The University of Texas at Arlington prior to joining GM Financial in 2001. Beginning as an AVP in the Vendor Management Loss Recovery group, Kelly worked her way up through the IT organization, holding positions such as AVP, VP and SVP of IT Services prior to landing in her current role.

GM Financial is the captive finance company and the wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors and is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. The company is a global provider of auto finance solutions, with operations in North America, Latin America and China.
