Jerome is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he played on the basketball team and dreamt of one day being a Southwest Conference Champion. Jerome's marketing prowess grew through positions with the Dallas Cowboys Spanish TV & Radio Network and McDonald's as he rose through the communications ranks over the next two decades prior to joining the Dallas Mavericks as Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO of the Mavs, Jerome was the architect and developer of Dirk Nowitzki's final home season, home game and sendoff 🏀
