Gabby Everett is a leader at the intersection of science, entrepreneurship, and innovation. As Director of Business Operations & Strategy and Site Head at BioLabs Pegasus Park, she fosters a thriving biotech ecosystem, helping early-stage companies grow. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Texas A&M, Gabby has a strong background in scientific research, technology commercialization, and business development. She previously served as Lead Scientist in the Biotech group at NCH Corporation and holds multiple U.S. patents.

Beyond BioLabs, Gabby plays an active role in outreach, connecting with students from high school to graduate school to bridge the gap between academia and industry. She also supports North Texas’ life sciences landscape through advisory roles at Texas A&M, UT Arlington, and CPRIT, helping startups with commercialization and scaling.
